Pool House
Pool House is the respectful yet commanding renovation and extension of a North Fitzroy period home presiding over two blocks. Its brave form is eye-catching while remaining compatible with the heritage streetscape.
A cantilevered, in-situ concrete pool and rooftop terrace are an impressive spot to entertain, or to enjoy with privacy. The generous, open-plan living area on the first floor offers incredible views and plenty of natural light. Spotted gum ceilings, floors and a central staircase bring warmth to the interiors.
This contemporary transformation overcomes the shortfalls of the original terrace home, creating a unique inner-city retreat.
